I'm so glad you're here.
I’m Amy, an occupational therapist who believes therapy should feel supportive, personal, and doable at home. I work with sensory regulation, mealtime routines, and daily living skills to help your child feel more confident and capable.

From childhood through young adulthood, I help individuals become more confident and capable when facing food difficulties, including picky eating and ARFID. My work emphasizes regulation, guided exploration, and practical routines that encourage lasting food acceptance.

Proudly serving families in NW Georgia including Cartersville, Rome, Adairsville, Calhoun, and surrounding areas.
Services at the OT Table

Free Phone Consultation
Start with a complimentary 10 to 15 minute call to discuss your concerns, review a brief history, and decide whether The OT Table is the right fit. This no obligation conversation helps you understand next steps and how to move forward.

Comprehensive Evaluations
Evaluations identify strengths, challenges, and functional goals for feeding and daily living. They may include interviews, observation, meal trials, or standardized tools. You receive a clear written summary with home strategies and next steps.

Individual Therapy
Therapy sessions are one on one and tailored to support progress in feeding, oral motor skills, food variety, self care routines, and overall independence. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and offered in home within the service radius or through teletherapy.

Parent Coaching
Caregiver support is included in every evaluation and treatment session. You can also choose stand alone coaching for guidance between visits. Coaching includes video or phone sessions, practical strategies, routine adaptations, and follow up notes. FSA, HSA, and superbills are available.

Teletherapy
When appropriate, therapy can be provided through secure video sessions that focus on caregiver coaching, real time problem solving, and functional practice in your natural environment. Teletherapy is available for many families within the service area.
